PROCESSING AND PREPARATION OF THE ORDER
We process orders throughout the week within an average of 7 working days.
The preparation of the order for the decoration spaces includes: preparation of the upholstery, cushions and poufs, dusting and revision of the seams and finishes, for the artistic paintings: revision of the frame and the request of the administrative authorization for the sale.
NB/The sofa is not included in the prices of the spaces as well as the support of the main light.
PREPARATION OF THE ORDER FOR SHIPMENT
Arfenzo guarantees the best quality packaging necessary, according to the needs of each product, in order to ensure the protection and proper packaging of the shipment, in some cases a double cardboard box and a treated wooden box will be used.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON THE PRODUCTS
COLORS
The color is an important and primordial element in ARFENZO creations and in order to visualize the products in their true original colors, with a tolerance of difference 1 to 2% and a nuance close to 1% to 3% of the color of the screen compared to the original color of the material, we recommend you to consult the site on Apple supports, Samsung supports and to see the photos in full screen with maximum brightness.
Also, for the images of the products, it will be necessary to take into consideration the effects of change of color by the variable arrangements of the spaces, jewels and paintings and this, by the movement and by the change of the light during the day.
In all these aspects the ARFENZO articles have been exposed to a light effect at every hour of the day which adds charm and atmosphere to the products.
MATERIALS AND MATERIALS
The composition and nature of the material is a confirmation of the craftsmen, sellers and professionals of the trade.
ARFENZO disclaims any responsibility for errors or omissions in the nature, purity, techniques and composition of materials.
The paintings are the original works of amateur and passionate painters, Arfenzo disclaims any responsibility for copies of techniques, themes or illustrations
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
All our products are handmade (with some exceptions), designed by handmade techniques: handmade, machine-made or hand-finished. For this reason, some items may have slight imperfections in the work. These small irregularities, make the products unique pieces giving them all their authenticity and originality.
Also, in the same way for the articles with aspect ‘aged effect’ by their tint, by fine scratches on the glass, or by an imperfect finish but which does not affect in anything the beauty of the creation on the contrary make all the beauty of the product, by giving them a small breath of soul and history.
MAINTENANCE
Concerning the decorative articles, the products of the craft industry are products which are of a long life, however the maintenance is essential by a minimum of regular dusting, ventilation and exposure to the light or the sun not more than 30mn at a rate of once a month and especially to avoid moisture.
Washing for some products is possible but under certain conditions that Arfenzo cannot guarantee, but a good maintenance as mentioned is sufficient.
For jewelry just dusting with a cloth, you can use the nickel product for metal stones only and in case of oxidation.
GUARANTEES
All ARFENZO products are guaranteed to last for an unlimited period of time, except for natural physical or chemical effects, due to the climatic conditions of the country or by the use of a chemical product or long exposure to the sun or humidity.
The creations of the Art Deco spaces are unique original products and cannot be mass-produced. ARFENZO disclaims any responsibility for copying (which is impossible due to the difficulty or impossibility of finding and collecting the products).
On the other hand, the artisans of the decorative products that make up the space have the right to reproduce their articles but as agreed in very limited quantities (max 1 or 2).
Arfenzo is not responsible for the quantities of production not respected.
PRICE OF THE ORDER
The total price of the order includes: the price of the Arfenzo products, for the spaces the price includes: the upholstery of the cushions and the poofs, for the paintings: the price includes the basic frame.
As a reminder, the sofa is not included in the prices of the spaces and the support of the main light fixture.
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products.
CONCLUSION OF THE SALE
After placing the order and if the buyer has given up his right of withdrawal: The customer sends the confirmation by e-mail: ‘I confirm the purchase and accept the general conditions of sale’ Arfenzo sends back a final description with invoice .
In case the customer gives up the right of withdrawal he can proceed to the payment.
The order is effective only if the bank transfer of the total amount is made, otherwise and after 48 hours (except bank delay) the order will be cancelled.
WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a right of withdrawal or change of purchase of 48 hours after confirmation of the order and before payment. In the meantime Arfenzo undertakes not to make any sale during these days and to reserve the order.
After 48 hours the customer has the choice to :
-Confirm the purchase by payment
-Change and confirm the new order by bank transfer
-Cancel the order
All the communication will be done by mail and by contact.
PAYMENT
The price of the transaction is paid by the Buyer in EUROS.
The payment is made by bank transfer to the name of Fatima Zohra Wahi as a craftsman self-employed.
The bank details will be communicated to you after the conclusion of the sale.
Delivery costs are charged to the Buyer. Delivery costs are expressed in euros. Arfenzo will provide you with an invoice excluding taxes at the end of the payment.
TRANSPORT PRICE
The transport price includes customs and forwarding taxes if applicable, the transport costs include: preparation of the order for transport: packaging, labeling, vehicle handling, forwarding agent and port charges, transport and logistics manager, and product insurance.
The price of transport and delivery are charged to the customer.
CHARGES AND TAXES AT DESTINATION
The possible customs duties and taxes due at destination are not included in the price of the order. The customer will have to inquire in his country about the rights and taxes.
For all our shipments, the costs of taxes and customs in Morocco – if any – are included in the price.
INSURANCE
Arfenzo and the carrier undertake to take out insurance with an index of 0.8% on the declared value for the items transported.
CHOICE OF MEANS OF TRANSPORT
Arfenzo will decide with the customer on the means of transport, the choice of which depends on the weight, procedures, volume, destination and shipping rates.
The means of transport can be: air, sea or land.
LOGISTIC AND EXPORT PARTNERS
CHRONOPOST, FEDEX, DHL, CONFORT DEMENAGEMENT, are the transport partners.
DELIVERY
Each order has its own particularity, the cost of delivery will vary according to the weight and volume of the shipment and the destination.
For most destinations Europe and USA (except random or unforeseen): Delivery of deco spaces is on average 10 to 20 working days depending on the means of transport used.
For paintings and jewelry 3 days to 10 days depending on the means of transport used and (except for unforeseen events).
For the other countries, delivery from 7 to 25 days according to the means of transport used (except random or unforeseen).
The delivery time will be defined by the carrier.
ORDER TRACKING AND TRACKING NUMBER
The buyer will be able to follow his order through a track number.
Arfenzo undertakes to inform the purchaser of any changes that occur during any phase of the operation.
RECEPTION OF THE ITEM
The customer will be informed of the day of delivery, if the buyer is absent at the time of delivery of the Article, Arfenzo disclaims any responsibility, the customer in this case will have to withdraw the shipment to the appropriate office within the time limit and pay the penalties for custody in case they are charged.
RETURN
Arfenzo’s products have certain particularities: they are original and unique, they are small works of art, for this reason, due to the uniqueness of the product and the delicacy of its components, the order cannot be returned for cancellation or modification, and if this were the case, the cost of the return would be very expensive and at the expense of the buyer, who will see a great loss in this case.
CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
The following are not taken into account: acts of war, civil movements, acts of God, sea events, exceptional sanitary regulations or other restrictions established by the authorities of the countries concerned by the agreed transport.

This contract is established under the legal and regulatory provisions of Moroccan law, therefore any dispute or arbitration are under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
